1. Use of Route 202 fill/Future plans for parks
Saying that it was never his intention to use the 86,000 cubic yards of fill at the Holland Sporting Club, Supervisor Grace said that Town staff will be developing plans that will identify both the quantity and quality of fill that would be needed to rehabilitate existing ball fields at the Hunterbrook fields, Legacy, Curry Street, and Granite Knolls. Some fill will also be needed to implement the future plan for the Holland Sporting Club discussed at the March 14 Recreation Commission meeting..
Supervisor Grace announced that Board members now have official jackets they can wear during emergencies so that they can be identified as Town officials.
Frank J. Lanzetta as a temporary laborer in the Highway Department, and five appointments/reappointments to advisory boards.

a. Tax certiorari settlement for Cedar Pond condominiums
b. Alarm monitoring contract to Automated Control Logic, Inc. of Thornwood for the John C. Hart Library
