1. Re-approvals and time extensions
Pending additional information, the Board postponed granting re-approvals or time extensions for the following applications: Adrian Auto Body, Hilltop Associates and the Arrowhead subdivision.

2. Trump Park sales building
John Schroeder, speaking on behalf of the Yorktown Land Trust and the Westchester Land Trust, advised the Board that the condo development had reached the threshold that required the dismantling of the “temporary” sales building that sits on a conservation and recreation easement.

3. Staples Plaza – Planet Self Storage
The Board reviewed plans to utilize the remaining 85,000 square feet of vacant space in the building’s basement for self storage units.

4. Lake Osceola Realty Corp. (Hill Boulevard)
The Board discussed various options for providing public access to the site’s planned conservation/recreation easement that will provide access to the lake shoreline.

8. Creative Living (Navajo Fields)
The Board expressed concern about serious safety violations at the site and the general failure of the applicant to follow the Town’s rules and regulations.
