In light of legislation passed in Westchester County, this past Monday, December 10th, as well as Dec. 12th being the first day additional comments can be submitted to New York State’s DEC regarding hydraulic fracturing for natural gas in New York State, Assemblywoman Sandy Galef will host a press conference tomorrow, Wednesday, December 12th to announce pending legislation that would support efforts made at the county level. The goal is to ensure a safe environment for all New Yorkers.
