1. Biffer Alterations (3631 Hill Boulevard)
As part of a plan to convert the second floor office space of this existing building into a yoga studio, the property owner will install new outdoor lighting fixtures, repave the parking lot and install new plantings.
2. Autoparts International
The Board will hold a public hearing on October 15 for a special use permit for warehouse use in the rear lower level of the BJs/Staples Shopping Center.
3. Lake Osceola Realty
The Board reviewed a revised wetlands mitigation plan and options for future public access to Lake Osceola from the parking lot of the proposed 3-story office buildings.
Yorktown Smart Growth submitted a letter requesting that the public be given 90 days instead of 30 days to review the DEIS before the public hearing was held. The Planning Board did not comment on the letter.
Special Note: The October 15 public hearing on the Costco DEIS will be held in the Nutrition Center, on the lower level of the YCCC.
